Ole Jørgen Johnsen is a highly skilled martial artist with two decades of experience. He began his boxing journey in 2005 and expanded his expertise to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in 2010. Over the years, he has honed his skills under renowned coach Nic Ruben Nikolaisen, achieving the rank of brown belt.
In 2015, Ole earned a bronze medal at the European Championships, showcasing his technical mastery and competitive spirit. With a professional background in MMA, he has competed at a high level, blending striking and grappling seamlessly.

I help you understand your body down to the smallest details, help you build body awareness, muscle dissociation and precise muscle activation. I teach you how it’s supposed to feel from your feet (our foundation!) to your face (yes, even in strength training). I specialise in core activation : learn why your transverse and pelvic floor are so important when lifting.
We analyse posture as we go, to make sure you’re using your full potention and avoiding injury.
