Face Yoga Workshops

Together with our face yoga expert Agatha, we do workshops once a month. Do you ever feel tension and tightening in the jaw, neck or brow area? Face yoga helps in breaking the patterns of movements through which we hold this tension.

Soften and relax your face muscles

By doing massages and exercises that stimulate the muscles, skin, and lymphatic system with a technique that is designed to soften and relax your face muscles. It might result in better blood circulation flow, less tension and stress.

Some of the possible benefits from face yoga: 

  • Helps to reduce or prevent the lines on the face
  • Nourishes muscles and skin, reduces puffiness
  • Removes toxins and improves skin color
  • Relaxes an entire body and soothes the mind.
We also do extended workshops with Agatha where we finish with face mask-treatments and beauty meditation.
