This class is designed for you that are new to Aerial Yoga. You will learn the basic foundations for using the hammock. All the positions will be carefully instructed and you will get good time to pratice and master the exercises, making sure you feel safe. All levels are welcome to these classes. You do not need to be strong or flexible. Get ready for a new, and fun challenge!

Come and learn the fundamentals of handstands, explore a wide variety of exercises and drills that create more feeling and control to feel comfortable to see the world upside down.
This class is suitable for beginners who have no handstand practice yet and want to learn but also for those who are already standing on their hands will get a deeper guidance to fine tune their handstand.
A calm & gentle yoga class, dynamic but with a major focus on deep breathing. The class is put together by various asanas (postures), to open your body for a flow of energy. We move through different themes such as release, balance, your core , your essence, and the Chakras. The class starts and ends with relaxation.
Vinyasa is a method of yoga in which yogic movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath and awareness
In Vinyasa classes you can expect fluid, and usually uninterrupted movement from position to position.
Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.
