Teachers are there to guide you and offer modifications in postures to make them accessible for everyone.

This class is suitable for beginners who have no handstand practice yet and want to learn, for those who can already stand on their hands and are training to strengthen and fine-tune the.
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held from 1 minute – 3 minutes and sometimes longer, this will help us to release fascia, improve joint mobility, increase circulation and improves joint mobility , calms and balances the mind and body.

Yin & Yang Flow class is a fun, creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of Yoga.

A slow pace allow us to focus on our breath and helps to build strength and regulate the flow of the energy in our body. It helps to improve our flexibility by stretching deep connective tissue between the muscles and fascia in the whole body. It is a wonderful way to de-stress and calm the mind after a long working week.
Hatha also focuses on breath work timed to movements (typically at a slower pace than what you might experience in vinyasa), and classes also include meditation and deep.
