In a dynamic strength training class, you`ll be moving heavy objects, or your body weight in a way that creates resistance. We use resistance to build strength , tone muscles, shed fat, burn calories— all packed into one workout. Some of the dynamic strength classes are heated up to 30-35 degrees with a therapeutic infrared system.
